Carolina Memorial Park - Concord is open daily from
8:00 A.M. to sunset. At Carolina, a wide selection of cemetery
property is available in a variety of scenic settings, including
spacious lawns for traditional burials, mausoleum crypts for
entombment, niche gardens, urn garden, and a scattering lawn
for those preferring cremation. While Carolina is non-sectarian,
some of its lawns are designated for fraternal organizations.
Endowment Care
Carolina is an Endowment Care Cemetery. An endowment cemetery
is one which shall deposit in its endowment care fund out
of the sales not less than the amount prescribed by law. The
principal of all endowment care fund is invested, and kept
invested, and all income earned shall be solely used for the
general care, maintenance, and embellishment of the cemetery.
It includes, but is not limited to, cutting and trimming of
lawns, shrubs, and at reasonable intervals; keeping in repair
the water systems, roads, buildings and other structures consistent
with a well maintained cemetery.

Service Charges
Carolina Memorial Park - Concord provides interment or entombment
services seven days a week except on the following holidays:
- Christmas Day
- Thanksgiving
No interment or entombment services on Easter Sunday.
No services scheduled after 4:00 P. M. on any day.
Carolina Memorial Park is committed to providing the very
best interment or entombment possible and many tasks are required
to provide a quality interment or entombment service and includes
the following items: Administrative or clerical charges, including
accounting, title search, legal requirement, verifying right
of interment or entombment, checking and recording interment
or entombment order, scheduling service, making up instructions
for workers, etc.; preparation of interment space with labor,
trucks and other equipment for removing sod, digging interment
space, removing excess dirt; the use of tent; removing marble
or granite crypt or niche front, placing seal slab and refitting
marble front, etc.
The current fee for full size interment space or mausoleum
crypt space, Monday thru Friday:
Services scheduled on Saturday, Sundays & Holidays
will have an additional charge of $100.00.
All services scheduled after 3:00 P. M. on any day will have
an additional charge of $90.00
